This vintage coin from the Kingdom of Egypt dates to 1938 (1357 AH) during the reign of King Farouk. The coin is denominated 2 Milliem, a small bronze denomination used in everyday transactions in Egypt during the early 20th century. The reverse side displays the Arabic inscription (The Egyptian Kingdom) with the denomination 2 Milliem and the date 1938 / 1357 AH. The opposite side features traditional Arabic calligraphy used on Egyptian coinage of the period.
